Face the Cold head-on
Coming out of the holiday season always has a familiar ring to it. No matter what resolutions we’ve made for the new year, or how many hikes along snowy trails and past ice bath waterfalls we’ve taken; the fact that we’ve spent some amount of time, holed up and buried in holiday meals always remains.
